By using FilmBox, you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Zongliang Yang (individual developer).
The App provides virtual film camera shooting, photo import and processing, and export. Some cameras and features require a FilmBox Pro subscription.
FilmBox Pro is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions; prices are as shown on the App Store purchase page. The yearly subscription may include a free trial, which converts to a paid subscription when it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
Photos you take and import belong to you. Do not use the App to create content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.
The App's software, camera designs, filters and assets belong to the developer, Zongliang Yang, and may not be copied or resold without permission.
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms; continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new terms. If you have questions, contact support@cyofun.com.
