FilmBox Privacy Policy

FilmBox (the "App") is provided by Zongliang Yang (individual developer). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

Photos you take or import in the App are stored only on your device. We never upload them to any server.

We collect only the following types of data, none of which is linked to your identity or used for tracking:

Purchase History: subscription and in-app purchase status (such as Express Develop tickets), handled through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat using only an anonymous app user ID. It does not include your payment card information.
Product Interaction: anonymous feature usage, used to improve the product.
Crash Data: anonymous crash logs.
Performance Data: anonymous device model, OS version and performance metrics.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or tracking.

2. Permissions

Camera access is used to take photos, photo library access is used to import and save photos, and notification access is used to tell you when a roll has finished developing. You can turn these permissions off at any time in System Settings.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the Apple App Store to process payments, RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, and may use Cloudflare to deliver camera assets. These services process necessary data under their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

When you delete the App, the photos and roll data stored on your device are deleted with it, except photos you exported to your photo library. To request deletion of anonymous records related to your subscription, please contact us.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
